Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Here
is a wonderful hot dip that goes well at any gathering. I personally
like to serve this Spinach Artichoke Dip with toasted garlic bread.

Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Spread mixture into a small baking dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, bagel chips, toasted garlic bread.
